Studio Max Salon Suites (“Studio Max,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains below how we handle personal information collected through salon-suite rental inquiries, including Facebook and Instagram ads, messages, inquiry forms, email, and related communications.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, which may include your name, Instagram username, email address, telephone number, city, beauty services offered, rental preferences, anticipated move-in date, tour availability, and messages.

We may also receive information from Meta about your interaction with our ads and inquiries, subject to the information Meta makes available to us.

How we use your information

We use this information to:

• Respond to rental inquiries and provide suite information.

• Evaluate whether a suite meets your business needs.

• Schedule tours and discuss potential rentals.

• Maintain inquiry records and manage our business.

• Send information about suite availability, offers, events, and other Studio Max marketing, consistent with your permissions and applicable law.

Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, enroll you in automated marketing texts. Where required, we obtain separate consent before sending marketing communications.

Marketing choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting us.

You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or otherwise clearly telling us that you no longer wish to receive them. Where a text-messaging program is offered, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of renting a suite.

We may still respond to inquiries you initiate or send necessary communications about an existing rental relationship.

Storage and sharing

We maintain inquiry information in the services we use, such as Meta messaging tools, email, and spreadsheets.

We do not sell rental inquiry information or provide it to unrelated businesses for their own marketing. We share information as needed with people helping manage Studio Max and service providers that support our communications, recordkeeping, marketing, and business operations.

We may also disclose information when required by law or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns, or legal claims.

We do not share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage rental relationships, conduct permitted marketing, and meet legal or recordkeeping needs. We may retain limited records of opt-outs so we can honor them.

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need the information for business purposes. No method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure.

Facebook, Instagram, Wix, and other services process information under their own policies. This policy describes Studio Max’s handling of rental inquiry information; it does not replace those providers’ policies.
